High school quarterback, Paul Boudreaux's life had always been about sports, girls, and cars. That is, until his all-white, Eurocentric, high school becomes integrated with students from the all-colored school. Paul, then, finds himself dealing with the pressures of racial loyalties of his family and friends, school, and a blossoming secret relationship. Can Paul make it through his senior year as a changed person? Or will he fumble back into his old beliefs due to increased pressures from his own separatist community?
