Licensed Beauty and Barber Professionals are trained to protect their clients' health and safety but NOW must go above and beyond. This year, 2020, is a wake-up call that has shined a light on how services are rendered, and the risks involved with visiting salons and barbershops. These risks have a major impact on the health and safety of the general public and this impact must now be addressed in policy changes. There must be NEW standards and NEW practices in the beauty and barber industry to address this REAL threat.
