Someone is dumping expired human growth hormone into the lake. The local realtors, a jet ski rental business, and a boat dealership are angry at the increasing number of local fishing tournaments. Jason thinks nature is taking back the wilderness lake from intruding humans. Jason plans to go fishing overnight, using himself as bait to catch the killer, be it man or beast.
