Baby Bird Budget is a young panda bear that wants to become the smartest board game maker ever. Still upset, Baby Bird is sent to her grandpa, the Duke of Budget. He has an idea. He will take Baby Bird on an adventure to eleven zoos-the homes of the Counts, the smartest panda bears in the world.
