Elísabet Benavent (Gandía, España, 1984) es una escritora española conocida por sus novelas de romance contemporáneo. Tras estudiar comunicación Audiovisual y especializarse en Arte, trabajó en el sector corporativo mientras escribía en secreto. En 2013, dio el salto a la literatura autopublicando su primera novela digital. Su gran éxito llegó con la saga Valeria, la cual fue adaptada por Netflix en el año 2020. En 2021 la película Fuimos canciones inspirada en la Bilogía Canciones y recuerdos fue uno de los estrenos más aclamados también por la plataforma de Netflix. Otra obra muy conocida que también traspasó la pantalla es Un cuento perfecto (2020).
