With an emphasis of play as a key philosophy, this text will give guidance on organizing and administering a child care program . For current administrators, this book will offer insight in how to improve their program while offering concrete ways to incorporate NAEYC's Developmentally Appropriate Practices and Professional Standards and Competencies for Early Childhood Educators.
