Reseña del libro "Allhallow's Deep (en Inglés)"

In Allhallow’s Deep, every day is Halloween. But mortals were never meant to visit. Halloween wouldn’t exist without the magic of the Last Autumn Leaf. Each year, a young witch is chosen to retrieve the enchanted leaf from the mortal world. This year, it’s Thistle’s turn. Sixteen-year-old Thistle has spent her entire life among witches, ghosts, skeletons, and monsters in the strange and magical realm of Allhallow’s Deep. Her mission should be easy. Just find the leaf and bring it home. Naturally, things go wrong. After the leaf is stolen, a seventeen-year-old mortal boy named Ethan gets caught up in Thistle’s desperate attempt to recover it. A broken broom, a dangerous motorcycle gang, and one horribly bad decision later send Ethan through a portal into Allhallow’s Deep. At first, Ethan can hardly believe his eyes. It’s a world of talking crows, witches on broomsticks, scheming skeletons, ghosts, vampires, and monsters. Even the candy corn isn’t safe. But Allhallow’s Deep holds something even more dangerous than either Ethan or Thistle expected. And the longer a mortal remains there, the greater the danger becomes. Now Thistle must find a way to get Ethan home before it’s too late. But getting out may be the hardest part. A funny and spooky adventure through a Halloween land filled with magic and monsters, Allhallow’s Deep is a story about friendship, first love, growing up, and discovering that sometimes the strangest places, and sometimes the people, are the hardest to leave behind.
