Nowadays we have been facing a new generation of seniors, who are more concerned about their health and social life, that's why a significant raise in the number of aged people can be noticed. Having so many elderly working out, a number of equipment become necessary, since the idea is using stuff that are usually thrown out as waste, seeing that it is extremely important to reuse all these materials because besides contributing to the environment, it is possible finding effective solutions at low cost for activities that demand a big amount of equipment that are usually expensive.The purpose of this book is showing inexpensive and easily accessible alternative instruments, constructed from scrap to be worked in physical activities for the seniors contemplating their neuromotor and physical capacities (strength, agility, balance, flexibility and motor coordination).
