What is resilience? It is such a broad term. There are common phrases for describing resilience as bouncing back, overcoming, and pivoting. But what is actually happening when we go through a difficult time and come out on the other side? We do not really understand how we fixed the problem. We know that we are faced with a difficult event and that in hindsight, we see what we went through and the lessons that were learned. In the midst of the trails it is hard to see in the moment what is happening when we are being resilient. This book reveals that there is a process for resilience and there are actual steps. The author has discovered the process and lays out a resilient pathway based on her research study of resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic. This book, "Becoming Superhuman," is being shared with the public for the first time. A selected few within the private sector have been trained in learning the process and the resilient steps. The members and participants have encouraged the author to inform as many people as possible to start what they have termed "The Movement".
