Alvin Webb has just been released from prison and he is in a murderous rage and out for revenge. But Alvin knew he had begun to like the killing and had hid it from everyone except Ancil who Al Qaeda and the Taliban had taken to calling the 'Little Butcher'. The unjust imprisonment and the death of Roberta had removed the shackles he had placed on himself and now he would have his revenge even if it meant a final deadly confrontation with Morgan, Virgil and Ancil - The Hounds from Hell.
