Reseña del libro "Burnt Scrambled Eggs (en Inglés)"

When Peggy Paarmann survived a stroke in 2019, she had no idea how much her life was about to change.Coming home from the hospital was only the beginning. As Peggy learned to navigate the realities of recovery, life kept moving. Her dad came home, and while still recovering herself, she became his caregiver as their roles reversed. Life during COVID brought even more changes. There were difficult days and unexpected losses, but there was also laughter, friendship, kindness, and plenty of moments she never expected to matter as much as they did.In Burnt Scrambled Eggs: My Life After a Stroke, Peggy shares what life really looked like after leaving the hospital. She writes openly about recovery, caregiving, family, friendship, loss, and the sometimes frustrating-and sometimes funny-realities of adjusting to a life that no longer looked the way she had planned. But this isn't a book about everything that went wrong. It's about what happened next.Burnt Scrambled Eggs is a personal and often humorous story about family, friendship, change, and getting a second chance at life-and discovering just how much that second chance can mean.
