Celery Day is the story of a family who seem to be at a comfortable place in life until they are thrust into making a momentous decision. Mike (the dad) thought there would be no decision originally. But, as he, Kate and Brian all weigh in they face the double-edged sword of opportunity: excitement for what can be and fear of losing what you have today. Once their decision is made and they take action on it, they discover more about themselves as individuals and as a family than they have in many years.
