both fiction and nonfiction. The fiction is there to protect identities and preserve privacy; the

nonfiction is the raw, unfiltered truth of a life once consumed by addiction, mistakes, and the

consequences that followed.

What you will read in these pages is not a glorification of my past. It is an honest look at the

choices I made, the people I hurt, the moments I lost, and the fragile threads that eventually

pulled me back to myself.

I wrote this book because stories have power-the power to heal, the power to warn, and the

power to inspire. If even one person reads this and feels less alone, more understood, or finds the

courage to face their own battles, then sharing my truth was worth it.
