She also grapples with her conscience, questions her vows, and becomes increasingly disappointed with the hierarchy of her church. 'Pessimistic Paulie' is a tale about an insecure security man. A hilarious story, it recounts one day in the life of gormless Paulie. 'Fairy Tale Of Dublin' is a story about a homeless man, his encounter with a philanthropist, and his subsequent chance of redemption.
