For adults, for children, for the comics reader to the viewer of the BBC's Doctor Who, Gaiman's writing has crossed the borders of virtually all media and every language, making him a celebrity on a worldwide scale. Neil Gaiman (Portchester, Inglaterra, 1960) es uno de los escritores más influyentes y versátiles de la literatura contemporánea, reconocido por transformar el género fantástico con su imaginación única y su aproximación fresca a la narrativa. Desde muy joven, Gaiman mostró una pasión intensa por la lectura, devorando desde los clásicos de Tolkien y C.S. Lewis hasta los cómics, lo que marcó su camino creativo.
