This book is all about the reminders and harsh truths that every person should get to know as a daily dose in their life. My purpose in writing this book is, it may help as a therapist to someone who is going through some pain or someone who is struggling to survive in this world because of their toxic love life, betrayed by friends, society, the problem of overthinking, confused about what they should do in their life, etc. This book is a roller coaster of emotions because most of the things from this book are what we feel in our 20s only. It's not compulsory to read this book in one stretch two only because it's not at all a storybook to entertain you, I want everyone to use this book as a daily motivation to take a step ahead in their life. For that just sit in a peaceful place twice a day for 5-10 minutes and open any random page, read, and try to understand and feel the words. Repeat this every day religiously, I'm sure you'll start feeling better for yourself. Read less
