Evanston Illinois is taxing pot sold in state to pay back African Americans in their city who were victims of unfair housing practices. Both are reparations programs that was designed not to tax the American Taxpayer directly with state or federal income tax for reparations. Perhaps there could be an, Evanston, Amazon, Cook, initiative that uses my program that Amazon could use to raise money and retain customers for my proposed reparations program by which houses can be provided by Evanston's housing plan for all in United States. That sounds like a good idea doesn't it?!
