The skilled physicians at the Maricopa County Burn Unit in Phoenix, Arizona all said he should have died. Statistics were against his struggle for life. Yet, this story captured in a mother's journal yields proof that God answers prayer, and that God is what He says He is: The great Physician, the Healer, the Miracle worker. Virginia resides in Surprise, Arizona with her husband, Rosco, with whom she recently celebrated 59 years of marriage. She is the mother of five adult children, including Sam. Her growing family includes six grandsons, six great grandsons and a great grand-daughter. When not writing, Virginia enjoys yard work, crossword puzzles, and spending time with her family.
