Many of us have been destined for a great purpose. All of us are capable but unfortunately not all of us have the capacity to reach our destined place. For many are called but few are chosen. (Matthew 22:14) Although, many obstacles will be placed in your path to keep you from reaching your destination, it cannot stop you. You may be delayed but you're still destined. There are no traps, no obstacles, no hindrances and no enemies, big enough or strong enough to prevent you from reaching your destiny. The only thing that can stop you from moving into your destiny is...you! So often we have big dreams and big plans but again and again life has a way of slowing us down or worse preventing us from reaching our destination. There are many things which will come along that will send you in a completely different direction. These things may be a distraction but it can only stop you if you allow it to do so. At some time in our lives we will experience some form of heartache, grief, pain, betrayal, loss, unforgiveness, lack, financial distress and brokenness. However, these things cannot prevent you from reaching your goal but it can delay you. All of these things are great weapons of mass destruction in which the enemy will use to keep you from reaching your destiny but when you are not persuaded by these tactics you become unstoppable. Finding yourself fully engulfed in the process, whether it is financially, physically, emotionally or spiritually, may leave you feeling completely overwhelmed. This overwhelming feeling has a way of distorting the way you see things. It can cause feelings of anger, bitterness, jealously, rage, unworthiness, loneliness, envy and depression because your view has simply been distorted. No matter how your delay affects you the outcome is still the same...you have been crushed and shattered by the cares of life. If you have been left wounded and broken by the cares of this world, then keep reading. If you have ever felt like giving up, then keep reading. If it seems like all your prayers go unanswered, then keep reading. If your finances have run amuck, then by all means, please keep reading. If you are tired of church as usual, then keep reading. If you have ever bought into the lie that there is no plan of God for your life, then you should definitely keep reading. You may simply be sick and tired of being sick and tired. Trust me you are not alone. There is hope because you are destined for GREATNESS!
