This book presents us, in the first sixteen pages, with a list of topical suggestion, at times colloquially expressed, for reflection. The presentation of the material is neither systematic not trivial but draws on the life-experience and thought of the author. Dogmata, or opinions, are offered for reflection and discussion. They are not 'the truth' but as truthful as the author can make them. No attempt is made to challenge the time-honoured myths and superstitions of any tradition.
