After having produced a small book entitled "Sankuru Notre Province" in 2019, we have endeavored, during the period of the fight against the coronavirus pandemic, to enrich our knowledge of the geographical and administrative situation of our country, the Democratic Republic of Congo. Although deliberately confined by our age, we have tried to summarize in well-designed tables the data deemed useful, drawn from maps, books and other sources at our disposal, with those that merit our attention in bold type. By poring over the maps and tables, we manage to list the territories of each province of the Democratic Republic of Congo and the communes of the city-province of Kinshasa. It's easy to pinpoint the events taking place in different parts of our country. We hope that this little book will enable some readers to discover not only the particularities of the Congo River, but also some of the country's natural resources, such as its national parks and lakes.
