Life with him does not involve her future dreams of attending college out of state. It involves fights with Chad's other women and him continually becoming disrespectful. Soon, her life spirals out of control. Will she end up with Chad and will Chad become the man he promised during their time together? Will she finish high school and go on to college like she dreamed? Or, will she ultimately allow him to drive her crazy? Tina, Keisha's best friend, was molested as a child, which made her quite promiscuous. Tina thought promiscuity was normal. High school was tough for Tina but Keisha was always by her side. When she finally hooks up with Jon, a guy she'd had a crush on for many years, things seem to go well. When Tina goes to jail for selling drugs for Jon, he abandons her. Feeling worthless, she gets involved with Chuck, who becomes her pimp and gets her involved in prostitution. Caught up in the life of prostitution, she feels worse than when she entered into this profession. She wants to leave but does not know how to leave the business because of what she has seen and heard on the streets about her pimp. Scared, she decides to do one last job and leave but her pimp is not having it. He nearly beats her to death. Will she be able to escape the street life? Or, is she stuck in this life for good?
