As a freelance writer, Ms. Williams-Geer contributes her talents to writing articles in the community health organizations' newsletter.Born in South Caroline and relocated to New York at an earlier age to finish my education. I was young when I left South Caroline. My sibling and I had everything we needed, not what we wanted (I wanted a doll). My father bought me a pair of needed glovers, and I cried the whole day. The next day he brought me my favorite cookies.I have always had dreams of one day helping my parents because they worked hard. We have a big family and lots off loved. We didn't have a lot of money, but we had our hearts had plenty of love to give.Once I arrived in New York, I found my friend. We got a place together, I got myself into college, and I earned my degrees at Adelphi University. It was hard. I had to do it because I had a daughter to take care of. I retired as a certified social worker. One day sitting around doing nothing, I decided to write a book. That is when she began to create her main characters.
