Africans walk on double edged ultra-sharp dictatorial swords. Africa yearns for patriotic leaders who stand for the citizenry than taken by geopolitical wind storms detrimental to her people. No African state is near stability or free of rampant corruption, cronyism, tribalism and nepotism. The schism ruptures cracks in tribal relations by unearthing old wounds people want to settle. This work relates to constrains within and without Bullets that shot Africa in the heart are graft, tribal discrimination and nepotism by political parties. Africa enjoys no participatory democracy, press freedom or accountability.
