Excusology (en Inglés) - Omer Abid

They are the ones you tell yourself.

"I'll start tomorrow.""I'm too busy.""I'm not ready.""It's too late."

These excuses sound reasonable. They feel true. They protect your comfort, preserve your identity, and give you permission to stay exactly where you are. But beneath every excuse is a hidden cost: missed opportunities, abandoned goals, wasted potential, and a growing loss of trust in yourself.

In Excusology, you'll discover a powerful new way to understand the excuses that quietly control your decisions. Written as a field guide, this book identifies the most common species of excuses-from procrastination and perfectionism to fear, self-doubt, busyness, and limiting beliefs-and reveals how they operate, why they work, and how to defeat them.

Inside you'll learn:

- Why procrastination is rarely a time problem and almost always an emotional one- How perfectionism disguises itself as high standards while secretly preventing action- Why self-sabotage feels logical in the moment- How fear, identity, and comfort keep you stuck without you realizing it- Practical tools to break destructive patterns and build lasting self-discipline- How to stop waiting for motivation and start taking action today

Combining psychology, behavioral science, real-world stories, and actionable strategies, Excusology exposes the invisible forces standing between you and the life you want.

You don't need more motivation.

You need to stop believing your excuses.

And once you learn to recognize them, they lose their power.

The life you want is waiting on the other side of the stories you've been telling yourself.
