The United States of America was founded on faith, courage and sacrifice. The history of Valley Forge is a tragic story of starvation, disease, desertion and despair. It was at Valley Forge where men like Martin Andrews, the son of a Christian minister, epitomized what the war meant and the bitter consequences if American freedom was not realized. A disgraced soldier who had been demoted for his cowardice in battle, Lieutenant Andrews swore to vindicate himself and prove that he was worthy of command and the respect of his men. To do so, he devises a daring plan that will help improve living conditions and low morale of his regiment. The adventure proves quite difficult, if not impossible, but Andrews is adamant and refuses to give up. The success of him and the men who accompany him will depend on their courage and dedication. But it is his unwavering faith in Almighty God that inspires him to succeed, including sacrificing his life for the holy cause of liberty.
