The answer to this comes clear when she studies about God's providence in her life....and sees His providence through her life...as evidenced by her music....and her desire to give her gift from God back to Him and to you.....Thus the book From Him to You Through Me. Donna Jo Abernethy is a Christian musician, playing both organ and piano for churches and other venues. Graduate of Wake Forest University and the UNC Graduate School of Social Work. After graduation, she was employed by Family Services, Inc., was a Licensed Clinician and retired 37 years later as Vice-President of Clinical Services at FSI. Currently is the pianist at Crestwood Baptist Church in Winston-Salem, NC, She is married to David Abernethy, and has 2 sons, Jason and Cody, and 4 grandchildren. She loves it when the grandchildren and other children develop an interest in the piano and other instruments. She loves to talk about her musical journey and as she connected the dots across her life, knew it was God's providence that opened doors she'd never dreamed of and hopes this book will help others connect their dots and look at His providence in their lives.
