This is a story that focuses around the life of a wolf named Frost. Frost was a young wolf cub that winds up getting separated from his family by a vicious bear. He plummets down the mountain fending for his life. On the brink of giving up, he is found by a young man named Derek. Derek, was a search and rescue volunteer firefighter. From that moment a friendship with Frost developed and eventually became part of his family. Several years later an incident involving Derek's girlfriend, Lacey, would lead Frost in another turn. He encounters his brothers who were about to dine on Lacey's body. That is when he finds out that his parents are still alive. Frost experiences many twists and turns unfolding. Until finally confronting his parents, an uncle who wants nothing to do with him. In the end finds true love and something special.
