This book entitled 'Genotypic variation in plants for micronutrient stress' consists of varied features of plants concerned with genotypic adaptation to nutrient deficiency stress. An attempt has been made to present a concise account of both physiological and genetic bases responsible for micronutrient efficiency. The text also includes brief but valuable information on functions, deficiency symptoms and uptake of various micronutrients. The book includes critical evaluation of genotypic variation in plants for various micronutrients stresses in a sequential manner starting with iron which is often used as a model for study of mineral elements.
