Author Zac Young's debut novel tells the story of a touring independent musician who drunkenly discovers a jukebox in a dive bar on the outskirts of Macon. But this is no ordinary jukebox and no ordinary bar. "Judy" seems to foreshadow the young musician's every thought, satirically tormenting his intoxicated mind while at The Bar where he meets an eclectic group of strangers who all have drastically different backgrounds, incomes, and lifestyles: Snow, an erotic bartender, Mo, an absurd lunatic, Lou, a preacher, Spook, the down-and-out regular, and Red, a bizarre biker. These six patrons indulge in a rambunctious mix of euphoria, drugs, and alcohol. What could possibly go wrong? What could possibly go right?
