If you can really be truthful to what it is that is going on, you have the power to heal through it. You got this, I believe in you! After losing my parent's when I was in my 20's, my life completely changed. I've also lost my grandparents, lots of aunts and uncles, friends and pets. I dealt with it all by holding everything inside for a long time. It wasn't until I struggled with massive anxiety, major depression and suicidal thoughts that I started working through my grief. Those seasons in my life were like a rollercoaster, just like the journey of grief. My hope for you, is you work through your grief before it gets to a dark place like mine did.
