Kelly Thompson es una guionista estadounidense reconocida por revitalizar personajes femeninos dentro del cómic mainstream contemporáneo. Su carrera tomó fuerza en Marvel con series como Hawkeye, Captain Marvel, Black Widow y West Coast Avengers, donde desarrolló historias dinámicas, humor afilado y una marcada atención a la construcción emocional de los personajes.
