It all depends on what kind of food you provide for your brain. If you invest short or long periods of time reading something beneficial to your path in life or a field of interest, you can find purpose in life and not wonder aimlessly. What made the biggest changes throughout history were the events in which the people were united for a cause. If we all find positive purpose in our lives and understand that the history is a prophecy of the things to come.
