Young MICHAEL is infatuated with his best friend BRIDGETTE. She is the perfect candidate for his girlfriend but she's locked him in the friend zone. Michael's efforts of attaining her are cut short by the devious interest of DION, a popular basketball player who Bridgette believes is nothing less than perfect. Numerous attempts by Michael to keep Dion and Bridgette apart continuously backfire. When Dion sees the one-sided affection from Michael, he capitalizes on the opportunity to crush him by proposing to Bridgette.
