In the Beginning God Created them equal (en Inglés) - Janet Kholowa

In recent years, here in Malawi there has been a lot of discussing going on if men and women are equal or not. Even the Chichewa language adopted the English word gender to become jenda. In these discussions the Bible is freguently quoted, and the creation story is seen as giving men the right to rule over women. This little book explains carefully the relationship of men and women in the first three chapters of the bible, and comes to a conclusion quite different from what many people think: In the beginning God created them equal.
