On this basis, there are numerous discussions in the scientific literature on the essence of detention, the procedural procedure for the selection of this preventive measure, as well as respect for human and civil rights and freedoms in its selection.In general, the analysis of the modern system of preventive measures shows that the use of detention raises a number of problems both theoretical and methodological as well as practical plan, which determines the relevance of the study of this problem carried out in this paper.
