This book is based on a theoretical review of community intervention programs, subjective wellbeing, and the experience in the development of a project in relation to the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and personal development. Workshops focused on Inner Knowledge, Problem Solving, Cultural Tolerance, Teamwork, Leadership and Empowerment.These workshops were developed in a Secondary Institution for the development and significant improvement of the Subjective Well-Being index which is according to Casullo (2002) "It is life satisfaction, as a cognitive dimension, that goes beyond positive or negative emotions, because it takes into account self-acceptance of oneself, the vital meaning of purposes, commitment towards personal growth, and the establishment of good personal bonds." The dimensions of subjective well-being that were evaluated were the following, Self-acceptance, Psychosocial bonds Projects Finally the Autonomy dimension.
