Dan Brown es un reconocido escritor estadounidense, conocido mundialmente por sus thrillers de intriga que combinan enigmas históricos, teorías conspirativas y un ritmo narrativo cautivador. Nacido el 22 de junio de 1964 en Exeter, New Hampshire, Brown creció en un entorno profundamente influenciado por la música, las matemáticas y la religión, temas que luego se reflejarían en sus obras.

Antes de dedicarse por completo a la escritura, Brown incursionó en la música como compositor y cantante. Lanzó algunos álbumes en los años 90, pero su verdadera pasión terminó guiándolo hacia las letras.
