2017 International Conference on Control Engineering andMechanical Design [CEMD2017] has been held in Xiamen, Chinafrom October 20-22, 2017. Aiming at providing an excellentinternational academic forum for all the researchers andpractitioners, the conference enjoys a wide spread participationamong all over the universities and research institutes. Any paperand topic concentrates on related fields of Control Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Design, Robotics arebroadly welcomed. Besides that we also look forward to makingthe conference perfect circumstances to share resources, exchangeopinions and inspire studying.CEMD2017 proceeding tends to collect the most up-to-date, comprehensive, and worldwide state-of-art knowledge onEducation and Development. All the accepted papers have beensubmitted to strict peer-review by 2-4 expert referees, and selectedbased on originality, significance and clarity for the purpose of theconference. The conference program is extremely rich, profoundand featuring high-impact presentations of selected papers andadditional late-breaking contributions.
