The role of Russia would be that of a regional superpower. Great projects could be accomplished by the unified humankind instead of the warfare and military expenditures. Wars within Europe implicate bravery of soldiers and irresponsibility of some leaders. Winners of such wars are those who stay outside. In fact, Vladimir Putin acts in Ukraine and on the international arena in the interests of certain non-European agents.
