After graduating with honors from Spelman College, Shayla Richardson, a small-town country girl, moves to the city. Shayla gets a job as a business analyst at a big company and becomes very successful in her career, but there is only one thing missing-a man to share it all with. Shayla has trouble finding a decent man in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area, as she dates many guys, but can't seem to find the "one" for her.
