Qurratulain Hyder was an Urdu novelist and short story writer, an academic, and a journalist and was the daughter of writer and pioneers of Urdu short story writing Sajjad Haidar Yildarim. She is of the most outstanding and influential literary names in Urdu literature. While her book 'Jalaa-Vatan' is a somewhat long story, it is also an important milestone in her creative journey. There is a clash in this story, there is history and historicity, the complex world of the new era, the world is all confused. The lesson of exile and migration is described. There is regret for the destruction of human relationships and in the past century, people are suffering from the decline of Adam and the lost paradises.
