It includes over 30 project-based, peer-led activities. Leader qualities in the Green Module include team, strategy, servanthood (humility), and responsibility. Methods are modeled after executive training but age-sized for children. The designer is Alan E. Nelson, EdD, a global leader in your leader identification and development. These materials are used internationally, focusing on teamwork and more importantly, how to lead teams. Dr. Nelson teaches at the Naval Postgraduate School, USC, and UCI and is the founder of KidLead (www.KidLead.com) and LeadYoung Training Systems.
