You yourself have to love yourself first and only then can you love and demand the proper love and respect that you deserve. Remember that women was created by the rib of a man. Not to be smacked down, tarnished, disrespected or handled without care but to be loved and worshiped. That is what this book is all about. Love Pain and Rage is about weakness and strength, the strength that you can find hidden in your weakness, self love and self respect. If you don't want to change for yourself, the least you can do is change for the person you want to be. You don't need anyone to validate your worth, if you do, your worth will become worthless.
