A graduate of Rutgers University and a doctoral candidate in education at Bradley University, he is also the founder of Broad Language Institute. Originally from the Dominican Republic and long established in the United States-where he has completed all his higher education-Professor Restituyo is passionate about breaking language barriers through innovative methods-including the use of music and linguistic analysis.
