The aim of the book is to raise awareness about depression amongst young people especially in the black nationality because in Africa, depression is taken lightly by many families and this is due to lack of knowledge about the deadly disease and also to let people going through depression know that they are not alone in this, there are many ways of dealing with depression that do not include hurting themselves, committing suicide, drugs & alcohol abuse. Art is life. Writing experiences in a form of a song, a poem or even memes simply show that there is a way out, there is hope.
