Together with his partner and best friend Sean O'Neill, they work the streets, working the shadows, seeing the things that the populace wouldn't want to see or they wouldn't understand if they did. During his own daily personal crusade, he encounters an old nemesis who has himself, altered the course of Harger's career, and who now threatens Harger's very life.
