The critique of necessity is a field of the critique of political economy, which aims at an extension of the theoretical conditions in which human-social necessity has its meaning within the capitalist system from the structural analysis of the theory of value. The commodity producing society transforms the mode of production into a process of total social dependence. The commodity form is the creation of a material vacuum of access to the material conditions of satisfaction of needs.
