She hires a camera "crew", which is just one guy who calls himself Camera One, and moves in with a happy-go-lucky roommate named Spuds. Life seems to come easy for Spuds, but not so much for poor Audrey, who tries so hard that she pushes away the very things that she wants most. Lighthearted gags about living in Los Angeles provide a subtle commentary about the importance society places on celebrity. But beneath the humor lies a bittersweet story that proves inspiring and universal. Anyone who's ever felt stuck, disconnected or invisible will be able to relate to Audrey's plight. In the end, she realizes that what she's been looking for all along is to feel a connection to herself, the people in her life, and to the world around her. Winner of 20 film festival awards, this quirky comedy is about following your passion and finding the magic in life.
