Inside are toys and games we boys and girls played long ago. We had no televisions, computers, I-pads or smart phones. There were no motorized scooters or hover boards. We played Jacks, hide and seek, and red rover. We rode bicycles, learned to skate, and chanted rhymes as we jumped rope by the hour. We gathered on the empty corner lot to play baseball, or on the sidewalk in front of the house for hopscotch. We swung from sack swings, and knelt in the dirt to shoot marbles.
